About US
Founded in February 2025 by Lara Naryce in London, Lara Naryce Productions was created with a bold and clear mission: to open doors for young performers and creatives across the UK with helping them take meaningful steps toward their dream.
Whether it’s further training, securing a placement or apprenticeship, or earning a place at drama school, we believe that every passionate young artist deserves access to the right opportunities—and real industry support to back them.
At Lara Naryce Productions, we are more than a production company. We are a launchpad for talent and a hub for development, offering workshops with top industry professionals, hands-on experiences, and creative opportunities that go beyond the classroom.
We’re proud to be building a space where emerging artists can collaborate, create, and perform—including the chance to help develop brand new musicals, theatrical productions, and original performance work. Everything we do is about unlocking potential and making the arts more accessible to the next generation.

LARA NARYCE ELEY
Lara Naryce Eley is an upcoming Producer / Director in the Television & Theatre industry, as well as an Actress and Singer. She started her training professionally in acting at The Television Workshop in Nottingham. Since then, she moved onto a course in Directing at the National Youth Theatre, and she will be training at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in September. She has previously worked alongside Laura Ryder, Luke Anthony Hanson, and Jonathan O' Boyle in creative projects. She is currently Assistant Directing "Fame: The Musical" at the Birmingham Hippodrome, and well as guiding the team with a new musical.
Beau Bentley
Beau Bentley is our Composer for Lara Naryce Productions. Beau is a Singer / Songwriter, Instrumentalist, and Performer who graduated from the London College of Performing Arts in 2024, and is currently studying at Mountview Theatre Arts. Beau has had experience in musical directing at the London College of Performing Arts during a project (The Rising Star 2024), and has performed at His Majesty’s Theatre, The Adelphi, and The Shaftesbury Theatre in other limited projects. This is his first time creating full musical compositions for Lara Naryce Productions.
Jess eubank - williams
Jess is our Writer for Lara Naryce Productions. She has just finished her final year on the "Acting for Stage and Screen" course at PPA. Her first writing credit was in February 2025, when she wrote and performed her duologue ‘Hurting’ at the Leicester Square Theatre. Her love for writing comes very much from the love of performing. She reads scripts for performances she's working on, and feels very inspired by the writing style or story it's telling. She'd say she's most inspired by Mike Bartlett, as she had loved the humanity he keeps giving to each of his characters. FUN FACT: She have a black belt in Ju JitSu!
